This spacious apartment consists of a living room, kitchen /dining room, three double bedrooms (two of the bedrooms have 2 double beds and a single bed in each), full bathroom and a huge roof terrace, which in summer is perfect for sun bathing, or just for relaxing after a hard day's sightseeing.
The living room has been furnished in a modern and comfortable style providing sofas, coffee tables and a 42 inch plasma TV and DVD player.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.There is also a dining area with a dining table and chairs
Three spacious bedrooms provide two double beds and single bed in two of the rooms and a double bed in the third.
The bathroom is equipped with a bath, with shower above, toilet and hand-basin. There is also an additional toilet which is separate to the bathroom. A hairdryer and complimentary toiletries are provided for your personal use.
Stairs lead up and out onto a huge roof terrace, which in summer is furnished with table and chairs, and sun loungers - the perfect place to relax and unwind.
High speed internet access can be provided on request, for a small extra charge.
Parking for one car is available just a few minutes away, subject to availability.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- This is a non smoking apartment.
- Sorry, no stag or hen groups allowed.
- There is a 4 day minimum stay during the Easter period and a 5 night minimum stay across the Christmas and New Year period.
- As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance of the rental charge.
- In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
Thereafter the following cancellation charges will apply.
- If you cancel within 4 weeks prior to arrival you will be charged an additional 50% of the value of the total stay.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your arrival, or you do not show, you will be charged the full amount of your stay.
