This apartment is located in a lovely Art Nouveau building, complete with a lift in Prague's New Town. Located close to the River Vltava, the famous Dancing Building and Karlova Namesti, the largest square in Prague.
This beautiful and contemporary apartment is reminiscent of a magical Central European Fairy Tale. The apartment boasts a circular tower living room with high vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and beautiful wooden floors.
The apartment consists of a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a private terrace. For the fifth guest a temporary foldaway bed is provided.
The living area is spacious and has a large sofa, comfortable chairs, a coffee table and plasma TV home theatre system. Wireless internet is also provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and coffeemaker. There is also a dining table and chairs for four.
The master bedroom has a double bed and wardrobes and an en suite marble bathroom with a rain shower, bidet and W.C.
The second bedroom has a double bed and wardrobes.
The second bathroom is modern and fully tiled with a jacuzzi bath with rain shower head also. A hairdryer and complimentary soaps are provided.
Also provided in the apartment is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Please note that Stag and Hen parties are not allowed to stay at this apartment.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Children under the age of 3 years are not charged.
- The late check in fee of EUR 10 only applies to apartments where there is not a 24 hour reception desk. If you book an airport transfer with the apartment manager then the late check in fee does not apply.
- There is a 5 night minimum stay period for bookings across the New Year period.
- For bookings across the Christmas and New Year periods a security deposit of CZK 10,000 (approx GBP 300) is required in cash. This is refunded on departure assuming there have been no damages.
- If you choose to pay the balance by credit card, it is taken in Czech Crown.
- Cancellation Charges.
Should you cancel your booking your initial booking deposit is non refundable and non transferable.
Thereafter you must give at least 30 days written notice to avoid further cancellation charges. If you do cancel within 30 days of your arrival date you will be charged a further 20% of the balance.
